Own a space at TailGAte Station. Get a loan at Farmers and Merchants Bank and pay as little as $138 per month (based on $15,000 price, with $4,000 down (25% minimum down payment required). Payments based on a 10 year amortization with a 5 year balloon at a fixed interest rate of 6.75% APR. (Balloon payment estimated at $7,000).
